When you sign up to use our booking system you are asked to provide personal information in the form of health questions, personal data/ contact information etc.

We require this information as an organisation to not only get in touch should there be a problem with a class you are attending, but also payment issues etc.

We ask you to provide medical info and emergency contact info in case there was an accident and emergency services needed to be contacted.

Your information is stored in a GDPR compliant database by Teamup (our third party booking system company). We ourselves do not store or use any of your data outside of booking classes or cancellations.
